Modern heavy industrial automated production puts forward extremely high requirements for load capacity, operation stability and motion accuracy of handling equipment, especially for special forming workpieces that are easily deformed by vibration. Ordinary automated handling equipment is prone to jitter and unstable operation during heavy-load reciprocating movement, which leads to workpiece deformation, defective products and unstable production quality. The three-axis I-beam truss robot adopts a professional X, Y, Z three-axis linear motion module combination structure, which realizes flexible and fast horizontal movement and high-precision vertical positioning, perfectly solving the pain points of unstable heavy-load handling and workpiece vibration deformation in industrial production.

Built with standard I-beam truss structure, this industrial robot features ultra-high overall rigidity and structural stability, which is the core guarantee for its stable heavy-duty operation. The equipment supports a rated load of 800kg, fully meeting the handling, transferring and up-and-down processing requirements of medium and heavy industrial workpieces. Different from lightweight automation equipment, the I-beam main frame effectively offsets vibration and structural displacement generated during high-frequency operation, greatly reducing the amplitude of equipment jitter, and fundamentally avoiding workpiece deformation problems caused by mechanical vibration during the handling process.

In terms of operating stroke and motion range, the three-axis truss robot is equipped with flexible and wide-range linear motion dimensions to adapt to various production station layouts. The X-axis horizontal stroke reaches 3.75 meters, matching long-distance horizontal transfer demands of production lines. The Y-axis stroke covers 2.8 meters, realizing flexible docking of multi-station operation areas. The vertical Z-axis lifting stroke is 1.5 meters, meeting the height requirements of workpiece loading and unloading, stacking and cross-station transportation. The super-large operating coverage enables a single device to undertake multi-process cyclic handling tasks, greatly improving the integration and continuity of the production line.

In order to adapt to heavy-load stable operation, the equipment adopts graded adjustable speed design for each axis, which balances operating efficiency and running stability. The X-axis moving speed ranges from 0 to 0.3m/s, and the Y-axis speed is adjustable within 0 to 0.25m/s, realizing fast and stable horizontal traversing. The Z-axis adopts a low-speed and stable control strategy with an adjustable speed of 0 to 0.15m/s, which ensures no shaking or offset during workpiece lifting and lowering, and protects the forming workpiece from structural deformation caused by sudden speed changes.

In terms of operating accuracy, the three-axis I-beam truss robot maintains a stable positioning accuracy of ±3mm under full-load long-term operation. Although it faces heavy-load working conditions, the high-rigidity linear motion module and precise transmission system ensure consistent repeated positioning effect, which can meet the dimensional positioning requirements of industrial batch production. The whole equipment runs smoothly with low vibration and low noise, and can adapt to long-term uninterrupted cyclic operation of industrial production lines.
