2-Axis Line Transfer Gantry Robot

The 2-axis line transfer gantry robot is a customized automated handling solution independently developed for sanitary ware production lines. It is specially designed for cross-line transfer tasks, realizing automatic grabbing, transferring and precise placement of toilet products between two independent conveying lines. This equipment effectively replaces manual handling, stabilizes production rhythm and improves the overall automation level of sanitary ware manufacturing workshops.

This gantry robot supports batch grabbing with 3 pieces per cycle. The customized movable end gripper features adjustable clamping force, which fits different sanitary ware specifications and avoids product extrusion damage. During operation, the robot accurately transports workpieces to the designated position, and the buffer unloading structure ensures stable and smooth placement, effectively preventing collision and scratching of finished products.

Adopting high-strength rectangular steel pipes for the main frame and cross beam, the robot features compact structure, excellent rigidity and structural stability. ANSYS finite element analysis verifies that the overall stress and structural strength fully meet long-term heavy-load industrial operation requirements, ensuring durable and stable performance in continuous batch production.

As an integrated part of the intelligent production line, the 2-axis transfer gantry robot supports signal interaction with conveying lines and remote intelligent control. It realizes fully unmanned cross-line circulation, greatly reducing manual intervention and production error rate, and optimizing workshop operational efficiency.

The equipment delivers outstanding heavy-load and high-efficiency performance. It has a payload of 400kg and an overall height within 4m, saving workshop layout space. The X-axis stroke reaches 3200mm with a running speed of 30m/min, driven by single-motor gear and rack transmission. The Z-axis stroke is 500mm with a speed of 4m/min, adopting ball screw drive for stable and precise lifting movement. The gripper opening range is 260~480mm, adapting to diversified product sizes. The whole line transfer cycle for 6 groups of workpieces is within 8 minutes, perfectly matching high-speed sanitary ware production rhythm.
