L / U Milling Gantry Robot

Independently developed by Truman, the 3-axis loading and unloading milling gantry robot is an all-in-one automated processing solution tailored for plate workpiece milling, loading and unloading tasks. It realizes fully unmanned production including automatic feeding, multi-position hole milling, special-shaped hole processing and finished product unloading, while meeting industrial environmental dust removal standards, ideal for standardized automated workshop production.

Adopting professional X, Y, Z three-axis coordinate traveling structure, the equipment features excellent overall rigidity and ultra-wide working range, solving the limitations of traditional single-process processing equipment. The Z-axis is equipped with a high-precision electric spindle to complete accurate milling, multi-hole and special-shaped hole cutting for various plate workpieces. Matched with front and rear roller conveying lines, the whole production process runs automatically without manual intervention, greatly improving production continuity and efficiency.

This milling gantry robot is equipped with an intelligent automatic dust removal system. Dedicated dust suction ports are installed at the processing position. The control system automatically starts and stops the dust removal device following the processing rhythm, effectively absorbing milling dust and debris. The built-in filter device collects floating dust and particles thoroughly. When dust accumulation reaches the set value, the filter unit can be disassembled and cleaned quickly, ensuring long-term stable processing quality and a clean workshop environment.

With stable and reliable industrial performance parameters, the gantry robot supports a maximum load of 40kg with an overall height below 4m, saving workshop space. It features a 3600mm X-axis stroke and 2000mm Y-axis stroke, both running at a speed of 30m/min. The 200mm Z-axis stroke runs at 10m/min, balancing high operating speed and precise milling accuracy. It adapts to batch and high-frequency plate milling production scenarios.

Replacing traditional manual processing and semi-automatic equipment, this 3-axis milling gantry robot simplifies production procedures, ensures consistent workpiece processing quality, reduces labor costs and dust pollution.
