Long-Stroke Forging Handling

The long-stroke forging handling gantry robot is a heavy-load automated handling equipment custom-developed by Truman specifically for harsh forging production lines. Designed for large-range workpiece transfer and heavy-duty material handling, this gantry robot effectively replaces manual operation in high-temperature, high-intensity forging environments, improving production safety, consistency and overall line efficiency.

The robot adopts an optimized industrial-grade structural layout. Both X-axis and Y-axis adopt welded box-type structures, featuring excellent bending resistance, high structural rigidity and stable overall performance. The supporting columns are made of high-strength square steel tubes, ensuring long-term structural stability under continuous heavy-load operation. The compact body design maximizes workshop space utilization while maintaining ultra-large working coverage.

This long-stroke forging gantry robot delivers outstanding working range and load capacity. It supports a maximum payload of 700kg and achieves a repeated positioning accuracy of ±2mm, meeting the precise placement requirements of heavy forging workpieces. The ultra-long X-axis stroke reaches 22.5m with a running speed of 1m/s, while the Y-axis stroke covers 6.5m at 1m/s. The Z-axis lifting stroke is 1.5m with a speed of 0.5m/s, enabling flexible and stable three-dimensional handling across large workshop areas.

Capable of automatic grabbing, clamping and lifting of heavy forging parts, the equipment accurately transports workpieces to designated stations. Featuring stable operation, simple control logic and high safety performance, it greatly reduces manual labor intensity and lowers enterprise operating costs. It perfectly adapts to continuous cyclic handling in high-temperature forging workshops.
