This 3-axis heavy-duty gantry robot is specially customized for automatic round steel bar stock handling. Equipped with X, Y, and Z three-axis linear motion systems, it delivers stable, high-speed and precise material transfer for steel bar production workshops. Supported by full servo drive, rack-and-pinion transmission and roller guide rail mechanism, the robot achieves consistent dynamic performance across all axes.

The equipment boasts industry-leading precision and load parameters. It supports a wide load range from 50kg to 5000kg, fully covering various heavy bar stock handling demands. All three axes reach a running speed of 1–5m/s with 1g acceleration and an ultra-high repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, ensuring zero-error repeated grabbing and placement of heavy workpieces.

Featuring multiple core advantages, this heavy-duty gantry robot adopts high-strength structural steel, effectively resisting vibration and shaking during heavy-load operation. The upgraded roller guide rail structure provides extreme load capacity and outstanding rigidity. Compared with traditional joint robots, it offers significant cost performance with lower investment under the same load standard.

Different from vulnerable linear guide rail structures, the roller guide design avoids failure caused by poor lubrication or machining errors, greatly extending service life. The overhead mounting structure occupies no floor space, optimizing workshop layout and operational flexibility. It supports full closed-loop control, enabling real-time position monitoring and mechanical self-locking of the Z-axis to prevent falling accidents and ensure maximum operational safety.
