This two-axis roll material handling gantry robot is a customized automatic handling solution specially developed for copper foil roll transportation and cabinet loading applications. It is widely used for automatic picking, transferring and precise positioning of industrial roll materials, realizing intelligent and unmanned roll material handling between AGV vehicles and sealed storage cabinets.

The gantry robot features dual working modes: automatic operation and manual operation, which greatly improves production flexibility. Equipped with real-time position monitoring, visual docking system and video recording function, the equipment supports manual visual inspection and whole-process video monitoring, ensuring safe, traceable and stable material handling procedures.

With overall dimensions of 4650×2000×4350mm, the whole machine adopts electrostatic spraying surface treatment for anti-corrosion and durability. The Y-axis adopts gear and rack driving structure for stable and precise horizontal movement, while the Z-axis is driven by a winch system to realize reliable vertical lifting and handling of heavy roll materials.

The working process is fully automated: the AGV delivers copper foil rolls and empty sealed cabinets to the designated position under the gantry robot. The cylinder automatically opens the cabinet door, and the gantry robot accurately hooks the 80mm outer section of the copper foil roll from the AGV and transports the roll steadily into the sealed cabinet. The whole process is highly automated, stable and efficient, effectively avoiding manual handling errors and safety risks.
