Barrel Handling Gantry Robot

This three-axis barrel handling gantry robot is a fully automated intelligent handling solution independently developed for welding wire barrel transportation and palletizing processes. Replacing traditional manual handling, the gantry robot realizes automatic grabbing, depalletizing, precise positioning and automatic warehouse-out of welding wire barrels, greatly improving production efficiency and workshop safety. Featuring compact structure, stable operation and high positioning accuracy, it is an ideal automated handling equipment for industrial barrel material production lines.

The whole equipment consists of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis motion mechanism, pneumatic gripper and fixed support columns. The X, Y and Z axes adopt servo motors matched with planetary reducers and gear rack transmission systems, ensuring high-precision and stable long-distance reciprocating movement. The professional gripper is driven by cylinder and synchronous belt transmission, which realizes stable clamping and releasing of welding wire barrels with strong load capacity and high operational stability.

The automatic working process is highly streamlined. After the welding wire barrels are transported to the warehouse outlet, the gantry robot automatically performs single depalletizing for stacked barrel materials. It accurately places single welding wire barrels on the AGV picking fixture for automatic warehouse-out. For residual half-pallet materials, the system supports automatic warehouse returning, while empty pallets are automatically transferred to the palletizing machine for automatic pallet grouping, realizing full-process unmanned operation.
