The gantry loading and unloading machine is an intelligent automatic gantry crane system designed for container stacking, retrieving and handling experimental operations. Centered on a small gantry crane, this integrated equipment is equipped with high-precision position sensors, box scanners and intelligent weighing systems, enabling automated, efficient and repeatable loading and unloading tests for container ships, yard stacking and container truck handling scenarios.

This fully functional gantry system consists of ground rail walking axes, multi-functional spreaders, electrical control systems, three-axis positioning systems, box scanning modules and intelligent weighing devices. Built with a rigid double-beam gantry structure and symmetrical rigid legs, it adopts bolt connection design for convenient manufacturing, transportation and on-site installation. The whole machine is professionally optimized to resist dust, corrosion, high and low temperatures, adapting to complex and changeable workshop and outdoor working environments.

The machine features stable and reliable operating parameters with a load capacity of 650kg, a span of 3m, a base distance of 1.5m and a lifting height of 1.5m. With a total height of 2.6m and a installed power of 3.87kw, it supports flexible multi-speed operation: lifting speed reaches 12m/min with loads and 24m/min for empty hooks, while trolley traveling speed is 30m/min and gantry traveling speed is 20m/min, matching 15kg/m standard rails for smooth and stable movement.

Equipped with a high-performance lifting mechanism featuring a three-in-one hard-tooth surface reducer and variable-frequency stepless speed regulation motor, the equipment ensures compact structure and easy maintenance. It is fitted with encoders, overspeed switches and two-stage height limit switches, providing dual safety protection to prevent overload and over-lifting risks.

The standardized steel wire rope winding system adopts a pulley group ratio of 2, with a 200mm-diameter drum and 120mm-diameter movable and fixed pulleys. The reasonable winding layout ensures stable lifting, accurate positioning and long-term durable operation.
