Frame Palletizing Truss Robot

Palletizing and handling are the most common and essential processes in modern industrial production. Traditional manual material frame stacking and unstacking features high labor intensity, low efficiency and high operational costs, which restrict overall production capacity. To solve these industry pain points, Truman has developed a customized material frame palletizing truss robot, realizing fully automatic stacking and unstacking of material frames, greatly improving workshop efficiency and reducing labor expenditure.

This industrial truss robot supports dual functions of automatic palletizing and depalletizing. It can accurately grab and transport empty or loaded material frames for neat stacking, and automatically unstack layered frames from pallet positions. It achieves continuous and stable cyclic operation, effectively optimizing the operating rhythm of the entire production and logistics system.

According to actual on-site conditions including material size, weight, production tact and workshop space, Truman adopts a mature three-axis gantry structural solution. The whole system consists of support columns, X, Y, Z linear motion axes, customized special grippers and intelligent electrical control units. Equipped with PLC programming, network communication and high-precision sensor detection technology, the robot realizes intelligent, unmanned and fully automatic palletizing workflow.

The machine delivers stable and high-precision heavy-duty performance with professional technical parameters. It features a maximum load of 500kg and a repeated positioning accuracy of ±1mm, ensuring precise grabbing and placement. The ultra-long working stroke covers an X-axis travel of 9.4m, Y-axis travel of 3.3m and Z-axis travel of 1.5m, with adjustable operating speeds of 0–0.3m/s (X/Y axis) and 0–0.2m/s (Z axis), meeting long-distance and large-range palletizing demands.
