Long Travel 4-Axis Gantry Robot

The Truman long-travel 4-axis gantry robot is professionally customized for automatic loading and unloading of new energy coated roll production lines. It solves the core pain points of unstable manual handling and production shutdown caused by feeding delay in traditional roll material processing, realizing fully automated and streamlined roll material production.

Equipped with X/Y/Z linear axes and a 180° rotating R axis, the robot achieves flexible four-axis linkage motion. It efficiently completes the whole workflow of grabbing raw material rolls, placing them on cache stations for rhythm buffering, and accurately feeding materials to compound machine unwinding rollers and loading platforms. The independent cache positioning function effectively matches high-speed compound processing, eliminates equipment idle downtime, and optimizes overall production tact.

Featuring an ultra-long 110m X-axis travel and 600kg heavy-load capacity, this gantry robot adapts to large-span workshop layout requirements. Supported by high-precision servo drive system, it maintains stable positioning accuracy within ±1mm per 10 meters, ensuring consistent and reliable roll placement precision.
