The gantry automatic sorting robot is a heavy-duty intelligent truss handling solution independently developed by Truman, designed for automated sorting, loading, unloading, palletizing and material handling of large and ultra-large workpieces on industrial production lines. Widely applied in steel plate cutting, heavy workpiece sorting and factory automatic loading/unloading scenarios, this gantry robot replaces manual heavy operation, effectively reducing labor costs and operational risks while stabilizing consistent production quality.

Built with a robust gantry truss structure and extended ground rail axis, the robot features ultra-wide operating coverage and outstanding structural stability. Equipped with X, Y, Z three-axis linear motion and an R-axis rotating system, it supports 90° workpiece rotation, realizing flexible, long-distance and large-span heavy-load handling. With a heavy payload capacity of 1000kg and a positioning accuracy of ±2mm, it delivers stable and precise automated sorting performance for heavy industrial workpieces.

This high-performance sorting robot adopts professional industrial parameters to adapt to heavy-duty continuous production. It features a 14m X-axis stroke at 0.5m/s speed, a 4.26m Y-axis stroke at 0.5m/s speed, and a 1m Z-axis stroke at 0.1m/s speed, covering super-large working areas to meet long-distance workpiece grabbing and sorting demands.

Adopting mature PLC automatic control system and user-friendly touch screen operation, the robot supports unattended long-cycle repetitive work with high standardization and stable consistency. It requires simple daily maintenance and enjoys a long service life. Ideal for steel cutting production lines, it automatically grabs and sorts finished workpieces according to system instructions, greatly improving overall line efficiency.
