Developed by Truman, the 4-axis truss manipulator is a custom automated handling solution specially designed for clay bar production lines. It focuses on automatic picking and palletizing of clay bars from belt conveyors to trays, fully meeting diversified clay bar loading requirements and realizing unmanned, high-efficiency automatic production for clay processing workshops.

This heavy-duty truss robot adopts a high-quality steel welded truss main body with high strength and excellent torsion resistance. The optimized mechanical structure effectively reduces vibration and deformation, supporting long-term stable operation under 1000kg heavy-load working conditions. The complete equipment consists of truss frame, trolley traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism, main manipulator body and customized clamping jaw assembly, achieving integrated handling and loading functions.

Equipped with industrial PLC and servo drive system, the four-axis truss manipulator supports precise multi-axis linkage control. Operators can preset handling paths and speed curves to achieve fully automatic and repeatable operation. Reserved communication interfaces enable seamless connection with MES, ERP and other factory management systems, realizing intelligent digital production management.

The machine delivers stable and accurate performance with precise industrial parameters. It features a load capacity of 1000kg and a positioning accuracy of ±3mm. The X-axis travel reaches 4340mm (0~0.3m/s speed), Y-axis travel 2760mm (0~0.3m/s speed), Z-axis travel 1550mm (0~0.15m/s speed), and the R-axis supports 90° rotation at 30°/s, adapting to flexible multi-angle clay bar handling.

Built with comprehensive multi-level safety protection systems, the manipulator ensures human-machine operation safety. It is equipped with physical safety devices including emergency stop buttons, limit switches and overload protection. The real-time monitoring system automatically stops and triggers alarms once abnormal conditions occur. Matched with safety gratings and protective fences, it effectively prevents material falling and over-lifting failures, protecting personnel and equipment safety.
