Designed for automatic mattress handling, stacking and unstacking, this truss manipulator executes precise picking and placement according to system instructions. It delivers smooth, fast and stable long-stroke transportation, perfectly solving the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity in manual mattress sorting and palletizing. It is an ideal automated upgrading solution for large-scale mattress production workshops.

The complete equipment consists of rigid structural frame, X, Y, Z-axis motion components, special vacuum suction fixtures and independent electrical control cabinet. The professional suction clamping tool ensures stable and damage-free grabbing of soft mattress products, protecting product surface quality during high-speed circulation operations.

The machine supports ultra-long-stroke industrial operation with stable technical parameters. It features a 100kg load capacity and ±5mm positioning accuracy. The X-axis reaches an ultra-long 16m stroke with a running speed of 60m/min, the Y-axis covers 4.5m at 60m/min, and the Z-axis has a 1.7m stroke with a speed of 30m/min, adapting to large-range mattress workshop layout.

It supports full automatic palletizing and depalletizing workflows. For palletizing, the manipulator moves accurately, descends to grab mattresses, and performs deceleration positioning to place products in the center of pallets. For depalletizing, it centrally grabs stacked mattresses and transports them to designated stations steadily.
