Zinc Stack Weighing Gantry

Gantry manipulators have become core automated equipment in modern industrial manufacturing, widely used for material handling, loading and unloading, detection, and precision weighing tasks. To meet the automatic weighing demand of zinc stack production lines, Trumen has developed a professional 2-axis zinc stack weighing gantry manipulator, realizing fully unmanned weighing and intelligent sorting for finished zinc stacks.

This automated gantry robot is specially designed for heavy zinc stack workpieces with standard dimensions of 840mm×420mm×520mm. It features a complete automatic workflow: accurately grabbing finished zinc stacks and placing them on static weighing equipment for precise measurement. After weighing, the system automatically sorts workpieces. Qualified zinc stacks are transported to the labeling station, while unqualified products or workpieces requiring manual processing are precisely delivered to the offline waiting station, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing manual errors.

Equipped with stable and reliable motion performance, the 2-axis gantry manipulator supports heavy-load operation with a maximum load capacity of 1500kg and a repeated positioning accuracy of ±5mm, ensuring stable and consistent long-term operation. Its optimized axis parameters perfectly adapt to zinc stack weighing and sorting procedures. The X-axis travel is 1500mm with a running speed of 1m/s, and the Z-axis travel reaches 1200mm with a speed of 0.5m/s, balancing high operating efficiency and operational stability.
