6-Axis Grinding Truss Robot

The X, Y and Z axes adopt conventional coordinate traveling modes, which greatly enhance the overall structural stability, rigidity and working coverage of the equipment. Meanwhile, the 4th, 5th and 6th axes adopt robotic arm rotating mechanisms, enabling multi-degree-of-freedom movement and dead-angle-free grinding for complex workpiece surfaces.

Equipped with Truman’s patented flexible grinding tool, the six-axis truss grinding robot realizes precise grinding force control. It can adapt to workpieces with diverse shapes and curved surfaces, ensuring consistent polishing texture and processing accuracy for different products. The flexible force control technology effectively avoids over-grinding or under-grinding, greatly improving product yield and processing uniformity.

The machine supports wide-range load adaptation and ultra-high precision processing. It covers a workpiece load range of 5kg to 500kg with a repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.07mm. The linear X, Y and Z axes maintain a running speed below 1m/s for stable linear movement, while the 4th, 5th and 6th rotating axes reach a speed of 360°/s, ensuring efficient and flexible omnidirectional grinding operations.
