Traditional steel plate milling in manufacturing factories mostly relies on manual operation, which features high labor intensity, unstable processing quality and low production efficiency. Designed for automated steel plate milling workshops, the equipment replaces manual operation with fully automatic processing, delivering fast, uniform and high-precision milling results. It effectively boosts production efficiency, stabilizes product quality and cuts long-term labor costs for industrial enterprises.

Integrating traditional machine tool structure and robotic arm technology, this five-axis truss manipulator achieves a perfect balance of structural rigidity and operational flexibility. The X, Y, and Z axes adopt standard coordinate traveling mode, enhancing overall equipment rigidity, structural stability and expanding the effective working range. The 4th and 5th axes are driven by independent servo motors, providing multi-degree-of-freedom motion to realize dead-angle-free milling for complex workpieces and curved surfaces.

Equipped with 3D offline programming software and high-stability tooling fixtures, the manipulator supports one-time programming for batch repetitive production. It ensures consistent precision and smooth cutting end faces for complex 3D workpieces, eliminating quality deviation caused by manual operation. With outstanding processing stability and repeatability, it is ideal for mass standardized steel plate processing.

The machine features excellent industrial-grade working parameters for versatile precision processing. It supports a load range of 20kg to 240kg with a high positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm. The X-axis travel reaches 3000mm with an adjustable speed of 0.5–2m/s, the Y-axis covers 2000mm at 0.5–2m/s, and the Z-axis has an 800mm stroke with a speed range of 0.15–0.5m/s, adapting to high-speed and high-precision milling demands.

This five-axis truss manipulator supports multi-scenario functional expansion by replacing end actuators. It can cooperate with laser cutters and plasma cutters for automatic cutting, match gas shielded welding equipment for intelligent welding, and work with constant-force buffer devices for automatic polishing tasks. Featuring stable truss structure and long traveling distance, it is especially suitable for processing large and long workpieces, serving as a cost-effective multi-functional automation solution for modern factories.
