Gantry Ground Rail Robot

The gantry ground rail robot 7th axis system is a complete intelligent automation solution independently developed by Truman, integrating gantry truss manipulator, industrial robot, ground rail traveling system and intelligent control unit. Professionally applied to automated flaw detection, grinding and welding processes, this equipment effectively breaks the working range limitation of traditional six-axis industrial robots and is widely used in intelligent manufacturing production lines.

Different from standard 6-axis robots with fixed working strokes, this system adds an extended traveling 7th axis based on conventional robot joints. Equipped with a professional gantry ground rail traveling system, it supports long-distance X-axis displacement of the truss manipulator, matched with Y-axis displacement of the robot top rail system. The dual extended rail structure greatly expands the robot’s operating space, realizes large-range, flexible and continuous operations, and maximizes the utilization rate of industrial robots.

The whole set of equipment adopts Truman self-developed TMANOS intelligent control system, equipped with 3D Smartweld welding vision software, industrial cameras and laser sensors. It supports 3D digital model intelligent driving programming, realizing automatic identification and adaptive processing for workpieces of different lengths and sizes. It perfectly meets automated flaw detection, precision grinding and intelligent welding requirements, replacing manual operation and greatly improving production efficiency and product consistency.

The core configuration includes customized industrial robot body and controller, high-precision gear racks and linear guide rails for ground rail and top rail systems, and customized robot end actuators. The rigid gantry frame structure ensures stable long-term operation, low vibration and high positioning accuracy. The system features strong compatibility, flexible programming and stable performance.
