The robot 7th axis automatic kiln loading equipment is a specialized intelligent automation solution designed for automated kiln feeding and material handling processes. Cooperating with upstream conveying lines, the equipment automatically grabs products from the production line and accurately places them at designated positions on kiln cars, achieving unmanned continuous kiln loading workflow. It greatly improves production consistency and overall operational efficiency for kiln processing workshops.

The overall solution is equipped with a single-axis positioner, ER130‑C104 palletizing robot, dedicated handling gripper and high-precision kiln car positioning device. The matched industrial robot features a 130kg rated load, 2800mm maximum reach and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm, ensuring ultra-precise stacking and placement of workpieces. Supported by the extended 7th axis traveling system, the equipment delivers a 3500mm effective stroke and adjustable operating speed of 0–30m/min, meeting large-range and high-flexibility kiln loading requirements with a stable 80kg effective handling load and 1.7m safe equipment clearance.
