The Truman robot 7th axis truss transfer system is a high-precision, heavy-duty extended-axis handling solution designed to expand the working range of industrial robots. Composed of a rigid truss frame, drive system, gear transmission units, precision guide rails, self-lubricating devices, cable drag chains and full safety protection systems, this 3-axis truss platform delivers fully automated, stable and safe long-stroke robot movement for intelligent manufacturing lines.

Built with comprehensive safety design, all X, Y and Z axes are equipped with mechanical and electrical over-limit protection devices. The servo control system adopts bus communication to real-time monitor operating parameters, display running status and support rapid fault diagnosis, greatly improving equipment safety and maintainability. The system is specially designed for overhead robot installation, with a 3.5-meter base height from the ground and a maximum Z-axis effective stroke of 1500mm. It perfectly supports inverted installation of FANUC M-20iD/25 and other mainstream industrial robots.

This truss transfer system features ultra-stable motion performance. The slider remains shake-free during deceleration, while smooth start and brake inertia eliminate position deviation. Equipped with origin markers and dual limit switches, the equipment ensures repeatable positioning accuracy up to ±1mm. With a heavy load capacity of 500kg and large stroke ranges (10m X-axis, 4.5m Y-axis, 1.5m Z-axis), it meets large-range handling and processing requirements.

Integrated with an automatic oil injection system, the truss structure realizes self-lubrication, reducing manual maintenance frequency. Featuring high transmission efficiency, low noise and strong environmental adaptability, the system runs reliably for a long time even in harsh factory conditions. The overall structure is firm and easy to assemble and disassemble. The uniform, high-adhesion surface paint finish is scratch-free, drop-proof and stain-free, maintaining a neat and durable equipment appearance.

With overall dimensions of 11.86m×6.3m×6.1m, a total weight of 5.2 tons and 10KW total power under 380V three-phase power supply, this 7th axis truss system provides stable, high-efficiency and low-maintenance extended robot motion for automated welding, handling and processing scenarios.
