The Truman gantry welding workstation consists of an intelligent welding control system, welding robot body, high-precision ground rail traveling system, matched welding power supply and water-cooled welding torch. It fully replaces manual welding operations, realizing unmanned, high-precision and high-efficiency automatic welding and greatly upgrading product quality and production capacity.

Equipped with the self-developed TMANOS intelligent welding system and 3D Smartweld vision software, the workstation integrates industrial cameras and laser sensors to support 3D digital model intelligent programming. The welding robot can automatically adapt to complex workpiece changes, including weld length deviation, weld seam offset and variable weld width. It intelligently adjusts the welding torch position, current and welding speed in real time, ensuring uniform and flawless welding results for every workpiece.

Adopting a rigid gantry structure and dual sets of TMAN-DG ground rail traveling systems, the equipment supports flexible X and Y-axis displacement. It effectively expands the robot’s working range and extends the effective welding length, perfectly catering to welding requirements for ultra-long and ultra-wide workpieces that ordinary fixed robots cannot handle. Matched with Aotai NBC-500RP welding power supply and high-load water-cooled welding torches with anti-collision sensors, the system ensures stable and continuous long-cycle welding operation.
