Barrel Stacking and Destacking

Truman’s automatic barrel stacking and destacking gantry manipulator is a custom single-axis double-column lifting robotic solution specially designed for pharmaceutical production lines. It is professionally applied to automatic vertical handling, stacking and destacking of industrial material barrels, effectively replacing manual operation, optimizing production workflows and improving the overall automation level of pharmaceutical workshops.

The gantry manipulator adopts a robust industrial-grade structure. The main frame is welded with high-quality Q235A carbon steel for excellent rigidity and operational stability. In line with pharmaceutical industry hygiene standards, all parts in contact with material barrels are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, pollution-free and fully compliant with pharmaceutical production requirements.

This single-axis double-column lifting gantry robot consists of Z-axis transmission system, customized fork gripper and support columns. Driven by a variable-frequency motor matched with a planetary reducer and synchronous belt transmission mechanism, the equipment delivers stable lifting performance, precise operation and strong load capacity. The customized lifting fixture can stably lift and integrate the bracket and material barrels as a whole, ensuring no shaking or offset during handling and stacking processes.

Equipped with outstanding industrial performance parameters, the manipulator features a heavy load capacity of 500kg, a maximum lifting stroke of 1700mm and a stable lifting speed of 6m/min. It achieves a high repeated positioning accuracy of ±1mm, guaranteeing precise and consistent barrel stacking and destacking every time. Stable and reliable operation makes it suitable for long-term continuous operation in standardized pharmaceutical production environments.
